With a session designed to pull out personality and polish, these headshots go far beyond the usual “smile and click” routine.

Corporate Take Over

Headshot Sessions are per person, with Josh’s trademark coaching for businesses seeking the highest quality headshots for themselves and their employees

Pricing:

2-4 people – $400/person

5-10 people – $275/person

11-50 people – $200/person

51+ people – $175/person

Includes: —1 professionally edited image per person —Josh’s trademark coaching and posing guidance — Mini wardrobe consult & prep session at the shoot — 1 year licensing for internal use and web — Option to purchase additional images

Extra Edits: $85 per image (includes skin tone balancing, blemish removal, and general cleanup)

Extensive Edits: $120/hr (background swaps, major retouching, ad formatting, etc.)

Licensing & Add-Ons

The above pricing covers the session itself and one retouched image per person.

On-Location Shoots

Want Josh and the team to come to your office or event?

• $750 Setup Fee

• Additional travel charges may apply (calculated based on location)

We’ll bring the full studio to you—lights, backdrops, and good craic (that’s Celtic for great company).

Turnaround & Delivery

• Groups under 100: Delivered within 3 weeks

• Groups over 100: Please allow up to 6 weeks

• Files are delivered digitally via Online PROOFing Company SMUGMUG or Hightail

Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe Guidance

We recommend minimal, professional wardrobe with clean lines and colors that complement your skin tone. Think variety—especially for larger teams—and please avoid busy patterns. Need help choosing? No worries, we’ll chat beforehand to sort it out. Hair and makeup is not required but highly encouraged. Rates vary depending on group size and can be handled through us or directly with the artists on the day of. Ladies, come with hair how you like it best—our stylists will take it from there. Gents, we offer light grooming and can even help shape facial hair if you’d like a few different looks.

Booking, Deposits & Policies

• 50% deposit due at time of booking to reserve your date

• Remaining balance due 1 day before shoot day

• Payable by credit/debit card or PayPal

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable

• Reschedules allowed with 2 weeks’ notice (limit 1 reschedule per booking)

• Late arrivals reduce shoot time. No-shows forfeit deposit & payments.

Refunds & Reshoots

If there’s a technical issue on our end, we’ll offer a reshoot. But due to the previewing process and our consistent results, we do not offer refunds if you simply don’t like your expressions or wardrobe. That’s why we coach you through the whole process—to make sure you leave with images you love.
