All shoots come with Josh’s coaching on how to be more comfortable in front of the camera, and wardrobe breakdown to help you maximize your shoot to get not just your perfect shots but so much more than you ever thought you could!

ABOVE PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE LICENSING OF IMAGES only editing of images credited ( Licensing breakdown will be sent with your proofs and will be calculated on a job by job basis)

Basic Retouching - $85/image * discounts for multiple images *
Extensive Photo Editing - $120/hour * any extensive editing like sky/background replacement, notes on editing will be considered at this rate *

There is a $750 setup fee for on location shoots as well as additional travel expenses to and from location TBD. We will work with each individual to ensure that they get a great looking headshot. Each session involves helpful coaching as well as expert advice during photo selection.

After each shoot, the photos are hosted online within 2-3 weeks for the client(s) to review and select for retouching. The final retouched images may take up to 2-3 weeks to be completed and delivered via download. Rates are subject to change and do not include travel expenses for shoots outside of studio locations. Taxes, fees etc are calculated on you itemized invoice. All deposits are non-refundable and can be made in the form of debit card, credit card or via PayPal. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival to the shoot. A model / client release must be signed upon arrival or prior to the shoot. Models under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times. 50% deposit/retainer fee required upon booking to reserve your date and time.

if you’d like a long term PROOFING site, Josh can set up a proofing site for you for $500 where you will be able to choose the images you’d like to purchase at your convenience.

 Retouching / Photo Editing

Photo editing and retouching are not included in the session fee unless stated in the estimate. The following outlines the differences between retouching and photo editing. Hair and makeup services make this process much more efficient.

Retouching ($85/image): Includes basic blemish removal, light skin smoothing and minor flyaway taming.

Photo editing ($120/hour): Includes more complicated edits such as wrinkle removal from fabrics, hair adjustments, background changes, etc.

Deposit / Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm every session via online payment, which is credited to the session fee. This holds your date and time for your shoot as well as your Photographer and MUA. The balance is due at the end of your session payable by cash or credit card. A cancellation or rescheduling of your session forfeits the deposit

Rescheduling

We understand that things occasionally come up and require a need for rescheduling. Your deposit is transferrable (1x) due to rescheduling as long as you provide us with min 2 weeks notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original shoot date. Once 30 days have passed your session will be considered Cancelled. Anything reschedule without min 2 weeks notice will require to repay the deposit. Only ONE rescheduling is permitted (with valid reason and proof) before your original deposit is FORFEIT, and a new, NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required. Only one rescheduling of your session is allotted due to weather postponement for outdoor shoots.

Late Arrival / No Shows

We recommend you allow adequate time so that you arrive on time. Your shoot time is just that, your time. Being late deducts from your shoot time. If you have a 90-minute session at 10:00am but show up at 10:45, you have 45 minutes of shoot time remaining. It’s simple as that. It will be considered a cancellation if you fail to show during your shoot time and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Reshoot / Refund Policy

We will offer a reshoot if we have a technical problem where your images are not retrievable. However, simply stating that you don't like your photos does not constitute a reshoot or refund. We are very consistent with our lighting and editing results so please take a look at our portfolio. We do not do reshoots. Since we shoot digital and you get to view your shots as we go (on a BIG screen tv and computer), you get a good idea if we are capturing what you need. We always tell our clients to be upfront and honest with the team so they can make sure everything is perfect for everyone. The team creates a relaxed environment for you to speak up with any opinions and wants you may need throughout your shoot. Do so ESP if you feel you are not getting the desired shots you are intending to get. There is NO such thing as a bad question. This is also why it is important to do your research on your marketability or discuss with your representation prior to the shoot on how they market you etc.

Rush Orders and Last Min Bookings:

We try to work with everyone’s schedule, but just like the post office etc., if you want to be able to skip the line and get your stuff done ASAP or last min, fees can be applied and calculated based on the order and shoot needs. Try to book your shoot at least 2 weeks out. Anything booked within a week can be subject to last min booking / rush fees (def within a 3 day period of shoot date needed). Rush ordering edits etc (we offer 24 hour turn around service) will be based upon the order and calculated accordingly. We do not do reshoots. Since we shoot digital and you get to view your shots as we go (on a BIG screen tv and computer), you get a good idea if we are capturing what you need. Hair & Make-Up:

Rates are for average hair and makeup applications. Excessive hair length and/or thickness, washing, shampooing, texturing, etc can result in additional charges on the day of the shoot and will be accessed by hair and make-up team. Client will NOT be charged unless approved of extra work , but extra work will not be performed unless costs are covered. Only our team is allowed on set, (closed set) if you have your own that’s great! but you will have to get your hair and makeup done BEFORE your shoot and show up on time camera ready.
